PINPICS SITE, FORUM AND CONVERSATION RULES
General Posting Rules:
Do not post “offensive” posts, links or images
Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting.
Remain respectful of other members at all times
All posts should be professional and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective. However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community. It does not matter what title or power you hold in these forums, you are expected to obey this rule.
Please remember that neither PinPics or its owners/operators are responsible for any messages or images posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message/post/reply. The messages express the views of the author of the message ONLY and not the views of PinPics.
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact the administration or moderators immediately by email or via the private message system. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
POSTING RESPONSIBILITY:
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will NOT use this site and forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
You agree NOT to post any copyrighted material (including but not limited to text and images) unless the copyright is (1) owned by you, (2) owned by PinPics, or (3) you have received express permission from the copyright owner to post the material. The exception is that under the United States Fair Use doctrine, you are allowed to use excerpts from copyrighted materials: this might include quoting a few paragraphs from an article or book or using one or two photos from an article, book or other collection of photos.
POSTING AND UPLOADING PHOTOS:
By posting images in a message, you give the forum the right to copy the images to the PinPics' server.
SUSPENSION OF PRIVATE MESSAGE OR POSTING CAPABILITY:
Posting messages or using the private message system is a privilege of membership and not a right. Any member's access to posting, private messaging, or any other privileges of membership may be suspended for any time period at the discretion of PinPics, particularly if the member behaves inappropriately or acts in direct violation of the PinPics Terms of Use and/or Rules.
DELETION / SUSPENSION OF MEMBERS:
Being a member of PinPics is a privilege and not a right. While PinPics is strongly against the suspension and removal of members, PinPics and its owners/operators reserve the right to suspend or remove (without providing the user a warning or a reason) any member account for any reason, including (but not limited to) instances where the member behaves inappropriately, acts in violation of the Terms of service or Rules, and/or registers for an account after being banned.
PRIVACY:
PinPics and its owners/operators have a policy of not releasing registration information openly to third parties. Typically, if a third party contacts the PinPics with a message for a member, the member will privately be forwarded that message via email or the private message system. The third party will not be given the member's email address unless the member expressly gives permission prior to that time.
PinPics and its owners/operators are NOT responsible for any problems, repercussions, or damages that may result from any member's disclosure of their own or others' personal information, including information that is posted on PinPics or information that is posted elsewhere online (such as in public records) and then used on PinPics.
Please be aware that any personal information (such as name, username, IP address, email address, address, phone number, location, etc.) provided to you and by you in private messages, emails through the board, posts, and any other method using the PinPics software and server will be released to law enforcement upon request of a valid law enforcement officer.
PINPICS RULES:
RULE 1.0 - Modifying/Updating Rules and/or Terms of Use
Pin Pics reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Rules and/or Terms of Use at any time, without notification. Please check these terms periodically for changes. It is not Pin Pics responsibility to notify you of changes. Your continued access and use of the Pin Pics site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean acceptance of those changes. For purposes of these terms and conditions all references to Pin Pics, include DC PinTracker Inc., an Ohio corporation, which owns and operates this website. Warnings, suspensions, and bannings for violations will be governed by the Rules/Terms of Use version in effect at the time of the violation.
RULE 1.1 - Account Limit
Each member is limited to registering no more than two accounts. If the owners and operators of PinPics find that a member has registered, or attempted to register, more than two accounts, any additional account is subject to removal. By registering on PinPics you agree not to hold more than two accounts. If someone is banned for any reason and it is discovered that they have created another account with different information, that account is subject to immediate banning. Once banned, someone may not join under another name.
POSTING
RULE 2.0 - General Policy
All members are encouraged to be on their very best behavior and use good etiquette in all of their communications at PinPics. Childish behavior is strongly discouraged; at all times, members are expected to behave in an adult-like manner. Members failing to use proper etiquette could be permanently banned. All posts should be courteous, with the goal of mainting and adding to a positive community. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective. However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community. It does not matter what title or power you hold in these forums, you are expected to obey this rule.
RULE 2.1 - Hijacking
Every member is encouraged to post information (including pictures of items in the responding member's personal collection) to aid other members or to demonstrate variations. However, members should refrain from making posts that "hijack" (i.e. taking over or redirect) someone else's thread for the sole purpose of promoting, selling, trading, bragging, showing off, etc. the member's own items.
RULE 2.2 - Fighting
Not everything is black and white, so disagreements happen. In fact, here at PinPics disagreements and discussions regarding these disagreements are encouraged. Some of the most valuable information can be gained in threads where various members disagree about a point and post information supporting their point of view. However, members who disagree and, in an effort to support their point of view, turn to personal attacks or other inappropriate behavior run the risk of being temporarily suspended or even banned.
RULE 2.3 - Discrimination
PinPics does NOT tolerate any form of discrimination. Any posts violating this provision are subject to immediate deletion. Additionally, members being reported for a violation are subject to being permanently banned. [See Rule 2.3(f) for the historical exception to this rule.]
RULE 2.3(a) - Racism
PinPics does NOT tolerate any members making inappropriate communications (including posts and private messages) disparaging any race.
RULE 2.3 - Nationalism
PinPics does NOT tolerate any members making inappropriate communications (including posts and private messages) disparaging any nation.
RULE 2.3[c] - Religion
PinPics does NOT tolerate any members making inappropriate communications (including posts and private messages) disparaging any recognized religion.
RULE 2.3(d) - Gender
PinPics does NOT tolerate any members making inappropriate sexist comments or innuendo (including posts and private messages) that are disparaging, degrading or insulting to either gender. This also applies to the use of links to other websites in which photos or text are used in a similar manner."
RULE 2.3(e) - Homosexuality
PinPics does NOT tolerate any members making inappropriate communications (including posts and private messages) disparaging one's sexual orientation.
RULE 2.3(f) - Exception
The PinPics Administration recognizes that cultures and traditions change over time. Thus, PinPics allows a historical exception to the rule of discrimination. The communication of or discussion about historical films, images, characters, items, information, etc. involving past culture and social mores (i.e. social traditions) may be deemed acceptable even though it may go against modern social traditions about the subject.
RULE 2.3(g) - Politics
PinPics strongly discourages making inappropriate communications (including posts and private messages) that are overtly political or ideological (strong opinions on social, economic or political systems) in nature. Such discussions rarely achieve positive results and tend to override the intended topic of discussion. No political comments or discussions are allowed on the forum, and any posted may be removed at the discretion of the PinPics staff.
RULE 2.3(h) - Pornography
Posting any type of pornography, including “soft porn” is strictly prohibited on PinPics. PinPics actively monitors for such content and will not only immediately remove once it is found. Depending on the nature of the infraction, PinPics does reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or ban any member posting pornography.
PRIVATE MESSAGING
RULE 3.0 - General Policy
Sending private messages to other community members via a PinPics private message (or "PM") link on the board or member's profile page and using the PinPics private message system is a privilege and not a right. Members are expected to act appropriate and adult like in their communications.
RULE 3.1 - Implied Consent
All community members (except those on administrative probation) have access to the private message system, which allows community members to send private messages to other members and receive messages from members. PinPics does not monitor communications within this private message system. Any communication (including passing of personal information or forwarding of another member's personal information) that a user provides through the system is the sole responsibility of that member. PinPics is not to be held responsible nor liable for any issues that may result.
RULE 3.2 - Unsolicited PMs
PinPics cannot possibility prevent unsolicited PMs being sent through the PinPics private message system. However, members are encouraged to report suspicious unsolicited private messages to PinPics Administration so that action can be taken immediately. If it comes to the PinPics Administration's knowledge that a community member is using the PinPics Message system to send unsolicited private messages, particularly private messages purporting to sell items, the community member sending these private messages could be subject to having his or her account permanently banned.
PRIVACY
RULE 4.0 - Privacy Policy
PinPics makes every effort to guard member privacy. We do NOT sell, share, or trade personal member information. (Please see exceptions under Rule 4.2 and Rule 4.3.)
RULE 4.1 - Spyware
PinPics, unlike many other online forums, values your privacy. We do NOT and will NOT use any form of “spy” software in order monitor, read, edit, or send any community member’s private messages or e-mails. (Please see exceptions under Rule 4.2.)
RULE 4.2 - Privacy Exceptions
Any information a member provides openly on the board (via a post, private message, or through board email), to a third party, on a third party website (such as Facebook or Instagram), or in any other similar way is subject to use by PinPics, especially if the member's membership is revoked, banned, suspended, or limited.
RULE 4.3 - Law Enforcement
PinPics will provide all known member information when requested by a law enforcement agency or court. And, if a member behaves inappropriately, PinPics reserves the right (and in many cases is required) to report that member's information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
OTHER FORUMS/OUTSIDE LINKS
RULE 5.0 - Mentioning Other Pin Sites
PinPics recognizes that many community members belong to multiple other pin sites/groups. PinPics in no way bars or penalizes its members for membership with any other online forums. However, PinPics does not allow a member to post links to, start discussions about, or advertise in any way any other Disney Pin Database/Trading platform.
RULE 5.1 - Mentioning other Sites that Sell/Discuss Disney Merchandise
PinPics recognizes that the realm of Disney Pin Trading and collecting is part of a broad realm of liking, collecting, purchasing, and discussing other Disney merchandise. As PinPics strives to build a positive community, we allow and encourage posting of links and/or images including (but not limited to) other Disney-themed merchandise (including links to retailers selling Disney merchandise) and pin trading/collecting supplies/paraphernalia.
RULE 5.2 - Advertising your own sales on PinPics
PinPics does not allow links or advertisements to other pin sales or advertising your own items for sale on any platform. When available, pins and merchandise may be listed for sale in our specified Selling boards and nowhere else. Queries about advertising live or online pin sales should be directed to info@pinpics.com

FOR SALE SECTION (WHEN AVAILABLE)
RULE 8.0 - Age Requirement
All members must be at least 18 years of age in order to use the FOR SALE sections (When/Where Available). PinPics' administrators reserve the right to suspend and/or revoke any member's privileges within these sections in the event the member is believed to be under 18 years of age. Members must be 18 years of age or older to buy and/or sell on PinPics.
RULE 8.1 - General Sales Ad Rules
Sellers must have the item in hand at time of sale. No third-party sales are allowed.
A key factor in our FOR SALE section is that the SELLER is responsible for accurately describing and promptly shipping or delivering the purchased item. If the buyer does not receive an item they paid for the seller must provide a refund. Sellers are advised to use shipping methods that include proof of delivery.
Items posted in the FOR SALE section MUST contain (1) a general description of and a picture of the ACTUAL item for sale (See RULE 8.2 for exception) (2) the price you are asking for the item, and (3) Accepted forms of payment. Other forum members may not make negative comments about the pricing of an item or the FOR SALE listing in general, but if you believe an item is falsely or inaccurately represented, please contact a moderator or direct your comments to the poster through the PM messaging system.
RULE 8.2 - Listing Hidden Mickey and/or Cast Lanyard Pins
Any and all listings of any Hidden Mickey and/or Cast Lanyard Series pins are REQUIRED to include pictures of the front AND backs of all HM and CL pins. Any sale threads including HMs or Cast Lanyard pins that do not include pictures of the backs of those pins will be subject to removal.
RULE 8.2(a) - Pricing, payment & shipment
It is required that all FOR SALE ads be listed in US Dollars only. However, it is not against the rules to include a foreign currency price within the add. If you chose to do so, the foreign price MUST be accompanied by a price quoted in US Dollars. We understand that an exact translation is not possible when converting the foreign price to the price in US Dollars. However, we ask that you please include a close approximate. You may not only require that buyers pay as PayPal "gift" as this limits buyers ability to seek PayPal refunds if the transaction goes wrong. Any ad requiring using the PayPal friends option must include another form of accepted payment. Also buyers should not ask sellers to list a purchase as a "gift" or lie about the value on official custom forms as this requires a seller to commit perjury. NOTE: If seller has a policy restricting shipment to US, Europe, etc. please include what country or countries you will ship to in your ad. If you will only ship to the US then include that in your listing.
RULE 8.2(b) - Auctioning in Sales Listings
There will be NO auctioning.
RULE 8.2[c] - "Best Offer" Phrases
The use of the statements "best offer," "price on request", or similar phrases is acceptable as long as those phrases are accompanied by a stated price. For example, "$80 OBO" ($80 or best offer) is acceptable but "OBO / Or Best Offer" without a price is not.
RULE 8.2(d) - Lists of Items
If you have a list of items for sale, please post that list on the board and do NOT post a Word or Corel document for users to download. All items must be actually listed and shown on the PinPics sale listing.
RULE 8.2(e) - Links to Outside Websites in Sales Posts
In this section, we do not allow the posting of general links to outside websites for additional pictures or where other pins/merch, not listed on this site, is for sale. This feature is for the protection of our members. Without this restriction here, some users would abuse this by posting innocent looking links to viruses or inappropriate content. Additionally, in the case of fraud, modify or remove item pictures on the outside website.
RULE 8.3 - Sellers Backing Out
Once a written contract is made (email and PM's count as a writing), we strongly encourage sellers to follow through with the transaction. If not, sellers could subject themselves not only to penalties on their PinPics account, but also civil and criminal penalties in their state.
Using the FOR SALE section is a privilege of our membership and NOT a right. Sellers backing out of transactions will be subject to punishment, including (but not limited to) removal of all of the seller's current FOR SALE listings and having their selling rights revoked.
Remember, backing out of deals makes not only the seller look bad, but reflects poorly on the board and its owners. It also breeds lots of distrust among members. Therefore, we at PinPics take such issues very seriously. PinPics cannot force members to complete transactions. Where a seller has backed out of a transaction after a sale contract has been made, we request that you please send the PinPics Administration or the For Sale Section Moderator notification of the issue. If there is sufficient evidence to illustrate that a seller has in fact backed out of a deal after there was a contract, the seller will be subject to punishment, including (but not limited to) having their selling/buying rights revoked.
Please be aware this section does not apply to incidents where the buyer has contracted to purchase an item and then fails to deliver payment in the manner and/or time specifically stated within the original buyer-seller agreement. If this happens, the agreement is void and the seller is free to relist their item(s) for sale.
RULE 8.4 - Buyers Backing Out
Once a written contract is made (email and PM's count as a writing), we strongly encourage buyers to follow through with the transaction. If not, buyers could subject themselves not only to penalties via the PinPics Administration, including (but not limited to) having all their selling/buying privileges revoked.
PinPics cannot force members to complete transactions. Where a buyer has backed out of a transaction after a sale contract has been made, we request that you please send the PinPics Administration a notification of the issue.
If there is sufficient evidence to illustrate that a buyer has in fact backed out of a deal after there was a contract, the buyer will be subject to punishment, including (but not limited to) removal of all privileges within the FOR SALE sections. Buyers are encouraged to follow through with all transactions in a prompt and courteous manner according to their agreement with the seller. Remember, backing out of deals makes not only the buyer look bad, but reflects poorly on the board and its owners. It also breeds lots of distrust among members. Therefore, we at PinPics take such issues very seriously.
Please be aware this section does not apply to incidents where the seller has contracted to sell an item and then fails to deliver the item in the manner specifically stated within the original buyer-seller agreement.
RULE 8.5 - Penalties
Generally, there are no permanent penalties associated with violations of the FOR SALE section rules. However, depending on the nature of the infraction and/or the user's history of violations, PinPics does reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or ban any member posting in violation of this section.
RULE 8.6 - Ad Expiration
Ads are available for at least 30 days. PinPics is set to delete all For Sale ads that have not received any posts in the last 30 days. If a member's item has not sold and/or the member's ad is deleted due to no posts in 30 days, the member is certainly free to repost a For Sale ad for the item.
RULE 8.7 - Limit of Active Sales Threads Per Board
No more than 1 (one) active/open ad per member at any one time in each Sale board. The PinPics owners and administration reserves the right to remove any ad for any reason at their discretion with no prior warning. Remember, the FOR SALE, TRADE, and WANTED sections are a convenience for forum members/subscribers and not a place for free hosting of your large pin/merch store. If you have multiple items to offer for sale, list them in one thread per board. If you wish to close a thread and start a new one, reply to the first thread and state this sale is closed and use the "Report" button to alert the Staff to mark your old thread as CLOSED.
RULE 8.8 - Excessive "Bumping" of Ads
Members must wait a minimum of 72 hours (three days) prior to "bumping" a post, or making price reductions. If the administrators and/or moderators of PinPics feel this rule has been violated, offending threads may be locked or edited.
TRADING SECTION
RULE 9.0 - General Rules
PinPics members can post ads for trading - pins they have for trade and/or pins they are wanting to trade for. Trading through this section falls under the same rules and guidelines as trading via the PinPics database Trade Assist.
RULE 9.1 - Ad Expiration
Ads are available for at least 30 days. PinPics is set to delete all Trading ads that have not received any posts in the last 30 days. If a member is still looking or trading particular pins and the member's ad is deleted due to no posts in 30 days, the member is certainly free to repost a Trading tread for the same pins.
RULE 9.2 - Limit of Active Trade Threads
The PinPics owners and administration reserves the right to remove any ad for any reason at their discretion with no prior warning. Remember, the TRADE section is a convenience for forum members/subscribers and not a place for free hosting of your large pin/merch store. If you wish to close a thread and start a new one, reply to the first thread and state this sale is closed and use the "Report" button to alert the Staff to mark your old thread as CLOSED/ENDED. If you are starting "Open Trade Threads" for particular series (i.e. mystery sets, blind box series), these do not count as a personal thread, as long as any member is allowed to post there wants/trades of the series in the thread.
RULE 9.3 - Excessive "Bumping" of Ads
Members are strongly encouraged to wait a minimum of 72 hours (three days) prior to "bumping" a post. The PinPics owners and administration reserves the right to remove any ad for any reason at their discretion with no prior warning if the administrators and/or moderators of PinPics feel this rule has been violated and offending threads may be locked or edited.

PinPics.com (to be known as Pin Pics) is intended to be a fun and safe environment for sharing information and trading pins. The rules outlined in this document are intended to protect this environment and ensure the enjoyment of everyone who uses Pin Pics. Adult Supervision Required
Any pin trader under the age of 18 should have the consent of a responsible adult. The responsible adult will be held responsible for the minor should any loss or damaged properties due to the trade occur.
Any complaints or fraud charges filed will be with the minor as well as the responsible adult. The adult should send an email to info@pinpics.com with the permission and use his/her email account, which will be kept on record.

Choice of Forum
You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms any use of Pinpics services shall be filed, and that venue properly lies, only in the state or federal courts located in the County of Summit, State of Ohio, United States of America and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating such action.
Choice of Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
Waiver and Release of Liability
Released Parties Include: PinPics, its officers, shareholders, partners, owners, members, directors, heirs, employees, volunteers, affiliates, advertisers, suppliers, representatives (hereinafter cumulatively “PinPics”)
Releasing Parties Include: Myself, I, user, participants, heirs, successors, representatives, agents (hereinafter cumulatively “Releasor”)
In consideration for access and participation in the PinPics web page or app, the Releasor knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and herby waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits and rights of any kind whatsoever arising from the Releasors participation or interaction with PinPics’s material or activities, and do herby release and forever discharge PinPics for any physical, psychological injury, financial loss or any other loss or damage.
By accessing the PinPics web page or app, the Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PinPics against all claims suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damage, compensation or otherwise brought by the Releasor, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by Releasor. If PinPics incurs any of these types of expenses, the Releasor agrees to reimburse PinPics. Further, the Releasor agrees that this “Waiver and Release” shall be interpreted by the laws of the State of Ohio, and the litigation shall be filed in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.
Severability
If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Survival
The provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive the termination of these terms shall survive such termination.
Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these terms by us shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Modification

User Generated Content
Pinpics may allow you to communicate, submit, upload or otherwise make available text, images, audio, video, competition entries or other content, including but not limited to photographs of pins and pin descriptions (“User Generated Content”), which may be accessible and viewable by the public. Access to these features may be subject to age or other restrictions.
You may not submit or upload User Generated Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, bigoted, hateful, violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive or that harms or can reasonably be expected to harm any person or entity, whether or not such material is protected by law.
You assign any and all intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyrights or trademarks, to PinPics for the User Generated Content submit and/or you grant PinPics an exclusive, sub-licensable, irrevocable and royalty-free worldwide license under all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy and publicity rights and other intellectual property rights to use, reproduce, transmit, print, publish, publicly display, exhibit, distribute, redistribute, copy, index, comment on, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based upon, publicly perform, make available and otherwise exploit such User Generated Content, in whole or in part, in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised (including on third-party sites and platforms such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter), in any number of copies and without limit as to time, manner and frequency of use, without further notice to you, with or without attribution, and without the requirement of permission from or payment to you or any other person or entity.
You represent and warrant that your User Generated Content conforms to these terms and that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions, without the need for payment to any other person or entity, to use and exploit, and to authorize us to use and exploit, your User Generated Content in all manners contemplated by these terms. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiary and affiliated companies, and each of their respective employees and officers, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against us by any third party arising out of or in connection with our use and exploitation of your User Generated Content. You also agree not to enforce any moral rights, ancillary rights or similar rights in or to the User Generated Content against us or our licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and agree to procure the same agreement not to enforce from others who may possess such rights.

Our administrators reserve the right to remove or edit any material added to this site for any reason, without notice.. However, the administrators will normally restrict themselves to editing content which conflicts with the terms outlined in this document.

Arranging pin trades over the internet is not always safe. Under no circumstances shall Pin Pics be held responsible for incomplete pin trades or fraudulent activity by anyone using a Pin Pics facility to trade pins.

Pin Pics should be notified by users of any fraudulent or deceptive activity at info@pinpics.com. We (Pin Pics) have the right but not the obligation to monitor, screen, post, remove, modify, store and review any activity on the site or app. We (Pin Pics) have the right but not the obligation to take action as we see fit to users misusing the platforms.
Messaging and Emails between users
Under no circumstances shall the e-mail addresses or private messaging system of Pin Pics members be used to send objectionable or offensive material to any of our members.
No profiteering, commercial advertising, auctioning, selling or buying is allowed within any content added to Pin Pics or within any correspondence sent to member e-mail addresses taken from this site or Private Messages to other members.
No profanity or malicious behavior is allowed, either within the content of Pin Pics or to its members. This includes malicious or hateful content added to this site, or malicious or hateful e-mail sent to any of our members within the scope of Pin Pics activities such as trading pins with the Trade Assistant.
Trade requests are for pins and should not include a request for a combination of pins and money. Failure to comply may result in a suspension for the first offensive and access ban for subsequent offenses.
User Generated Content
Any User Generated Content added to this website becomes the intellectual property of Pin Pics and can be used by Pin Pics without restriction. User Generated Content includes, but is not limited to, any pin images and pin descriptions.
Copyrighted or restricted material is not permitted on Pin Pics, unless the owner of the copyright or restriction agrees with these terms. Any other copyrighted or restricted material shall be removed from this site upon notification. Images from eBay or other sites should never be uploaded to Pin Pics.
All content on the PinPics web site and App, including but not limited to pin images, pin identification number and pin descriptions; may ONLY be used, linked to or copied if you have the express written permission of Pin Pics management. Permission may be sought info@pinpics.com.
