You can find it in your personal profile on the left hand side (see red arrow on picture below): Or you can find it as the third option in the "Pin Database" menu in the main nav bar along the top of all pages. But searching for a member is even easier. Just use the search bar at the top, and select the "Members" for your search: That should bring up any member you're looking for.
