Unusual back pattern Mickey and Stars

Came across a Tinker Bell pin with an unusual Mickey and Stars back stamp? Never seen one like it before, anyone know where it is from?

I also have that pin and the mickey and star pattern is raised. Which is the opposite of a "normal" mickey waffle patter is.
