Pin (?) ID Help

This one is going to be a wild one. I got this at the flea market, the woman who sold it to me said maybe it was a computer chip or computer chip component. I showed it to the guy selling disney pins and he said maybe someone has glued the current back on or it was some kind of custom thing. I've never seen one like it nor have I ever heard of using the kind of back that's on it for a pin. The enamel on the front is totally smooth and the pupils are hollow and showing the color of the back. If it is that someone has glued the back piece to the back, if anyone has any idea why I would appreciate it and if anyone knows what the original bit is. (a charm? a pin?) I posted one reddit asking about this and was told it was most likely PP#37808 and they look a little similar, but I do not believe them to be the same. The closest I have found are PP15624, which has similar face and gold lines, but isn't smooth and potentially doesn't have the empty eyes the way mine does, and and PP28241 which is smooth the same way but not gold outlined and there are some details that are different. I am so curious because I honestly don't even know if it IS a pin or not and why it has the back it has. It is such a mystery to me and if anyone here can offer me any insight into what this is or why it exists I would really appreciate it!

For reference, two most like it are here compared:

Kind of hard to tell from the photo of the back, does the odd back (part with the "15-75" printed on it sit) sit perfectly flat to the rear of the pin? Any "puddling" of brazing material around the odd part?   Wondering if somebody did braze a replacement back onto the pin.
