Greetings from Canada! or California?

Hi everyone!

 

My name is Blaine. Very excited to finally register here and get to talk about this exciting new hobby I'm just starting out with. I'm originally from Canada, though I moved down to Northern California a couple of years ago. Despite being 37 years old, my first time at a Disney park was when I visited Disneyland last year, and I fell in love. I was both surprised and excited that pin trading was such a big thing and that there are 10s of thousands of them available to trade (that's a recipe for a fun hobby).

 

I bought about 20 or so pins to start, and I'm excited to trade proper during my trip to Disney World next year. In the meantime, I'm very excited to talk to everyone, learn from the pros, and maybe engage in a few trades before the big trip!

Welcome to a great hobby! So glad that you've gotten into pin trading and discovered PinPics. Feel free to ask any questions you have. There are lots of us here who are totally nuts about pins and trading. 

 

We have a ZOOM meeting on Thursday evenings (7:00pm EST), and it'd be great if you could tune in sometime. There are lots of fun members who log on for that, and it's always great to meet a new Pin Pal.
