I am getting this message:

 

There was an error communicating with the chat system. INVALID_SENDER Please contact an administrator!

Please help.  Thanks.

Glad to hear that it's working!

Anytime you receive an error, just post a screenshot and what you were doing when it happened. We always want to be able to fix any issues.

this has happened to me on multiple accounts.

It means that the member has not signed-in since November when the new messaging system was implemented. There is nothing to do for this currently, but the issue is being worked on. Hope to have this fixed in the next month or two.
