I got this pin but noticed the font on the back has the 'M' in caps and there's no space before 400? The front of the pin looks great imo but is this considered a scrapper?

I believe a scrapper is a pin that didn't make the cut through quality control and a fake is a blatant remake of the pin.

Makes sense. Are you using this site to check what the backs of pins should look like before purchasing? Sometimes there's no pictures of the back on here

Pictures of the backs of pins is a relatively new offering here on PinPics, so that's why you don't find them for every pin.  The team is working hard to get those photos and get them added to the database, though.
